My favorite vegetable stand was out of spinach so I made it with acelgas instead. It turned out great. Chicken stock adds richness. Use it if you have it on hand. A winner of a recipe – simple, tasty, and healthy.

I just use one batch of the stock, it is up to you though.

Simple homestyle Mexican soups are always good. I’m giving this recipe a try for dinner tonight. How much of the red soup stock do you add?

I love sweet potatoes, anyway you slice em. I will definitely try them this way. Anything with rum must be good! Have you ever tried sweet potato pie? I had it at a restaurant the other day and would love to try out a great recipe.
